GIFTS for SOLDIERS Donation Drive – a canister is located in the high school office for students and staff to donate money to this cause.  Money raised will be used to buy gifts for our men and women serving over seas.  Thank you.

 

The Book Fair is open from 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.

 

There is no school on Thursday.  Parent/Teacher Conferences are 12:00 – 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.

 

The Crystal Mountain Career Fair is Thursday from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m.

 

The Veterans Day Assembly is Friday at 9:30 a.m.

 

The high school dance is Friday from 8:00 – 11:30 p.m.

The 8th grade boy’s basketball team defeated MCE 30-21.  Michael King had 10 points, 4 rebounds, and 5 steals, Trevor Eisenlohr had 8 points, 4 rebounds, 2 steals, and 4 assists, Hunter Bentley had 7 points and 4 steals, Jake Boorsma had 3 points and 8 rebounds, and Tate Aultman had 2 points and 4 rebounds.

 

The 7th grade boy’s basketball team also defeated MCE 27-26.  Kenny King had 11 points, 4 rebounds, 3 steals, and 2 assists, Nate Sanderson had 7 points, 4 steals, and 3 assists, Jake Griffis had 5 points and 2 steals, Noah Bradford had 2 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 steals, and Colin Brown had 2 points.

 

The MHSAA Leadership Summit is tomorrow at the Grand Traverse Resort.  Students will be gone from 7:25 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

 

Volleyball players are reminded to turn in their pink socks to Coach Mallison.  Coach is missing 5 pairs!!
