The first grade class is walking down to the fire department tomorrow.  They will be gone from 1:20 – 2:30 p.m.      

                                                                                                           

The Jostens rep will be here tomorrow in the Media Center to take orders for class rings during lunch and graduation supplies at 12:40 p.m.  There are extra order forms in the high school office

 

Moss’ Road Rules Segment 1 that was to begin on October 24th has been canceled.  There will be a class offered in the spring.

 

Laker Sports

 

The Varsity volleyball team lost to Walkerville 25-20, 21-25, 22-25, and 12-25.  Julie Schmidt had 13 points and 6 aces, Emily Belinsky had 6 points, 2 aces, and 5 digs, Abby Cross had 5 points, 1 ace, and 6 assists, Alexis Juarez had 3 points, 3 aces, and 9 attacks, Jenna Cross had 3 points, Wren Gilbert had 14 attacks, 8 kills, and 1 block, and Kaitlynn Omar had 8 attacks and 3 kills.

 

The JV volleyball team defeated Walkerville 22-25, 25-13, and 15-13.  Mariah McLouth had 4 aces and 1 kill, Hailey Omar had 3 aces, Emma Wilson had 3 aces and 3 kills, Hayley May had 2 aces, and Zoey Sutton had 1 kill, 2 assists, and 3 digs.

 

The middle school football team travels to Frankfort.  Game time is 5:30 p.m.; the bus leaves at 4:15 p.m.

 

It’s time to sign up for winter sports –middle school boy’s basketball, JV/Varsity boy’s and girl’s basketball, and skiing in the high school office.  Please make sure you have a current sports physical on file with Ms. Leinaar.

 

The weight room will be open on Tuesdays from 7:00 – 8:15 p.m.  It will be available to all Bear Lake athletes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays 7:00 – 8:15 p.m.

 

            Today’s Practices:                   JV/V VB:          3:00 – 5:00 p.m.

MS VB:            3:20 – 4:45 p.m. last day of practice

JV/V FB:           3:20 – 5:30 p.m.

MS CC:            4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

HS CC:             5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
