Driver’s Training Segment I starts today, 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. at Onekama High School. Student drivers are reminded to turn in their vehicle registration form to Mrs. Mallison. *Laker Sports* The Varsity football team lost to Marion 28-42. On offense Reagan Merrill had 146 yards rushing, 48 yards receiving and two touchdowns; Dalton Myers had 131 yards rushing, 16 yards receiving, and 1 touchdown; Andre Brown had 64 yards passing, 29 yards rushing and 1 touchdown. Defensively Dalton Myers led with 16 tackles, Zach Belinsky 7, Fabian Aguilar 7, Reagan Merrill 6, and Andre Brown 6. The middle school cross country team had a great day at the Ludington Invitational on Saturday. Kaden Forward had his best time and brought home a medal. Nathan Brown and Colin Reynolds had a great first race for the Lakers and right behind them was Mason Johnson. For the girls, Jocelyn Teter had her best time with Victoria Hall close behind her and Hailee Smith running a great race also. The middle school volleyball teams host Walkerville.
