There will be a virtual Grand Valley State University presentation for seniors today from 12:15 – 12:45 p.m. and a Central Michigan University presentation on Monday. *Laker Sports* The high school cross country teams had a great performance yesterday. The girl’s team tied for 1st place with MCE. Top finishers were Bella Leffew in 5th, Alex Rineer in 7th, Victoria Hall in 15th, and Jocelyn Teter in 20th place. The boy’s team finished in 2nd place. Top finishers were Hunter Bentley in 4th, Jared Cook in 12th, Robby McLouth in 16th, Luke Cook in 17th, Elias Klockow in 22nd, and Trevor Eisenlohr finished in 27th. The middle school and Varsity volleyball teams travel to Pentwater. Game time is 6:00 p.m.; the bus leaves at 4:30 p.m. Eligibility begins Monday.
