Bear Lake Schools has engaged the Michigan Leadership Institute for the purpose of securing our next Superintendent of Schools.
A key part of the search is reaching out to our community for feedback on the following:
1. The points of pride in our district;
2. The characteristics the next Superintendent needs to have to be successful, and;
3. The challenges the next Superintendent will be facing in our district.
