There are no CTC classes on Friday and there is no school on Monday. FUN FACTS Thomas Jefferson and John Adams once traveled to Stratford-upon-Avon to visit Shakespeare’s birthplace. While there, they took a knife to one of Shakespeare’s chairs so they could take home some wood chips as souvenirs. The term “O.K.” derives from President Martin Van Buren who was known as “Old Kinderhook” because he was raised in Kinderhook, New York. “O.K.” clubs were created to support his campaign. The Lady Lakers were led by Taylor Merrill and Taylor Sexton both with 6 points, Bella Leffew with 4 points, and Victoria Hall and Leah Nelson both with 2 points. The JV boy’s basketball team travels to Mesick. Game time is 6:00 p.m.; the bus leaves at 5:00 p.m. The middle school girl’s basketball team travels to Baldwin.
