Sports pictures are today beginning at 11:30 a.m. with the elementary girls basketball team. There is no middle school girls basketball practice today. The Benzie-Manistee Snowbirds are conducting a Snowmobile Safety Class tomorrow at the Snowbirds Club House in Kaleva for students ages 12 and up. Class will start at 9:00 a.m. and will finish at 3:00 p.m.; lunch is provided and there is no cost for the class. Flyers are available in the high school office. The WMD League Ice Fishing Tournament is on Sunday at Portage Lake. Participants should meet at the public boat launch to get on the ice.
