To prevent any loss of body or brain function, take steps to keep your body property hydrated. Headaches are caused by a chemical reaction? Chemical activity in your brain, the nerves or blood vessels surrounding your skull, or the muscles of your head and neck can play a role in primary headaches. Serotonin is a chemical necessary for communication between nerve cells. When serotonin or estrogen levels change, the result for some is a headache or migraine. *Laker Sports* The baseball team split with Lake Leelanau St. Mary’s on Saturday. The team defeated St. Mary’s the first game with a score of 7-1 and lost the second game 4-1. The soccer team hosts MCC. Game time is 5:00 p.m. The softball team travels to Marion. Game time is 4:30 p.m.; the bus leaves at 2:30 p.m. The bus leaves at 2:20 p.m. The middle school track team travels to Buckley. Events start at 4:00 p.m.; the bus leaves at 2:00 p.m. Athletes will be excused from class at 1:50 p.m. Fifth – 11th grade students – time to sign up for the 2021 Fall Sport Season!
