Want to help lead bear Lake students and school? Want to make a difference? Applications for the 2018-2019 Student Council are available. Pick up your application from Ms. Jonson today. Applications are due Thursday. The Bear Lake Days Committee will be hosting a spaghetti dinner at the United Methodist Church today from 4:30 – 7:00 p.m. to raise funds for our 2018 Bear Lake Days. Cost is donation only. Funds from the dinner will go towards bringing great events to Bear Lake Days. There is a blood drive tomorrow on the stage from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. *Laker Sports* The softball team defeated Pentwater 10-0 and 10-2. Kaitlynn Omar was 3-3 with a double, an RBI, and 2 runs, Abby Cross was 2-6 with a double, 2 RBIs, 2 runs, and 3 stolen bases, Shaely Waller was 2-2 with 2 RBIs and a stolen base, and Hayley May was 5-7 with 1 RBI and 1 run The soccer team defeated Mason County Central 3-1. The Varsity baseball team travels to Glen Lake. Game time is 4:15 p.m. the bus leaves at 2:10 p.m. Athletes will be excused from class at 2:00 p.m. The soccer team hosts Clare. Game time is 5:00 p.m. Now that the Spring Sports Season is finally in full swing, it’s time to sign up for fall sports!
