The High School Funky Fall Fiesta Dance is today from 9:30 – 11:30 p.m. in the media center. Cost is $5 per person. October lunch menus are available in the high school office. A rep from Harvard will be here on Monday at 8:00 a.m. in the media center. Junior and seniors are reminded to turn in their recruiter form to Mrs. Mallison by Tuesday. If it’s not turned in, your name will be on the list to the military recruiters. *Laker Sports* The Varsity volleyball team defeated Brethren 25-11, 25-16, 20-25, and 25-21. Kaitlynn Omar had 7 kills and 4 blocks, Olivia Hejl had 10 assists and 4 aces, Shaely Waller had 4 kills, Julie Schmidt had 2 kills, 2 aces, and 3 digs, and Abby Cross was 23/23 on the service line. The JV volleyball team lost to Brethren 16-25 and 11-25. Kilie Fowler had 3 aces and Emma Reynolds had 2 aces. The Varsity football team hosts Brethren. Game time is 7:00 p.m. The middle and high school cross country teams travel to the Shepherd Invitational tomorrow.
