The Christmas Band Concert is today at 7:00 p.m. while the Elementary Christmas Concert is tomorrow also at 7:00 p.m. The freshmen class will be selling cookies before and after the concert. We will have class meetings on Wednesday during 5th and 6th hours. These meetings will be lead by the student council members and will cover all the information in the handouts. Thursday is the last day of school. Christmas Vacation is from Friday, December 21st through Tuesday, January 1st. School resumes on Wednesday, January 2nd. *Laker Sports* The Varsity boy’s basketball team defeated Pentwater 47-42. Trey Gilbert has 21 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 steals, Bradley Novak had 18 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 steals, Riccardo Girlanda had 5 point and 3 assists, and Zach Belinsky had 3 points and 7 rebounds. The JV boy’s basketball team also defeated Pentwater 39-31. Hunter Bentley had 14 points and 11 rebounds, Nathan Sanderson had 11 points, 2 rebounds, 4 steals, and 4 assists, Trevor Eisenlohr had 10 points, 6 rebounds, 3 steals, and 3 assists, and Quentin Ruiz had 4 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 steals.
