The following students medaled at the Elementary Science Olympiad yesterday: Myles Harless – 2nd place in the Pentathlon, Lily Artman – 3rd place for In the Balance, and Maggie Evans and Lauren Pulido – 2nd place for the Egg Drop. The first grade class is visiting Pleasanton Greenhouse today. They will be gone from 1:15 – 2:30 p.m. The Cooperative Drama Program’s spring production of Aladdin, Jr. opens tomorrow at 7:00 p.m. in the Onekama School Cafetorium and runs Saturday at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are available in the high school office. Cost is $8 for adults and $5 for students. The Junior/Senior Prom tickets are on sale for $35. Please see Ms. Falk BEFORE or AFTER school to purchase yours. Prom is Saturday, May 4th at Hotel Frankfort. Don’t miss out on the chance to win a prize. Your ticket will be your entry into the drawing. Some lucky winners will walk away with a 32” TV, an Alexa or one of two other prizes! Must be present to win! There is a bake sale tomorrow during lunches. Money raised will go towards prom. *Laker Sports* The middle school softball team lost to Mesick 2-14 and 5-20 but despite the scores, the girls played great! The softball and baseball teams host Marion.
