The Exchange’s final week is here. Holiday hours will be Friday 1-5, Saturday 12-7, and Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday 12-3. The final day will be Tuesday. Students can pick up their unsold items during store hours on Tuesday or on January 3rd from 1-2 p.m. If other arrangements need to be made, please contact Mrs. Harthun as the store has to be completely cleaned out before returning to school in January. Items not picked up will be disposed of. January lunch menus are available in the high school office. School will resume on Monday, January 6th. *Laker Sports* The Varsity boy’s basketball team lost to Mesick 31-44. Jake Griffis had 10 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 blocks, Nate Sanderson had 9 points, 2 rebounds, and 2 steals, Hunter Bentley had 7 points and 7 rebounds, Clark May had 2 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 assists, Morgan Blattner had 2 points and 2 rebounds, and Trevor Eisenlohr had 3 rebounds, and 4 steals. The JV boy’s basketball team also lost to Mesick. Keegin Johnson had 8 points and 8 rebounds. The hockey team hosts Saginaw tonight at 6:30 p.m. and Bay City tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. If you ordered merchandise through Mr. Harthun’s Bear Lake Gear Store, you may pick up your items at the school on Monday from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Activities during Christmas Vacation: Hockey travels to Big Rapids, December 27th at 6:00 p.m. and to East Kentwood on January 4th at 1:00 p.m. The JV and Varsity girl’s basketball teams travel to Pentwater January 3rd.
