Leading the Lakers were Bella Leffew with 7 points, Kaitlyn Leiffers with 5 points, and Taylor Sexton with 4 points. The JV girl’s basketball team also lost to Brethren 15-29. Kylie Blattner had 7 points. The hockey team Petoskey lost to Petoskey on Friday. The middle school girl’s basketball team lost to MCE. Lillian Hall had 2 points and 3 rebounds, Scout Stulz had 3 rebounds and 5 steals, Maria Magana Garcia and Piper Putney each had 3 rebounds, and Maggie Evans had 2 rebounds. The JV and varsity boy’s basketball teams host MCC.
