Leading the Lakers were Bella Leffew with 8 points, Kalissa Swanson with 4 points, and Taylor Sexton, Mariah McLouth, and Marissa Frisbie each with 2 points. The JV girl’s basketball team also lost to MCC 25-21. Kara Smith had 7 points, Kylie Blattner had 6 points, Taylor Merrill had 5 points, and Desirae Evans had 3 points. The JV and Varsity boy’s basketball teams host Pentwater. Game time is 6:00 p.m. Crowning of the homecoming court will take place during the halftime of the varsity game. The hockey team travels to Petoskey today and tomorrow. They take on the Bay Reps tonight at 7:00 p.m. The middle school girl’s basketball team travels to Frankfort tomorrow to take on Frankfort and Leland.
